In this work Imre Varga transforms the Spanish city—long a symbol of artistic grandeur and spiritual resonance—into a poetic meditation on time and memory. The hazy scene unfolds in soft greys and muted silvers, pierced by delicate accents of red and yellow. Figures in elegant dress drift through the mist, while the distant glow of Toledo shimmers like a recollection suspended between dream and reality.
